1. Nature of Services
All treatments, therapies, and rituals offered by Fae are designed to support overall wellbeing and natural beauty. They are complementary in nature and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional. Clients are encouraged to consult their doctor for any medical concerns before booking a session.

2. Holistic Approach
Fae’s work integrates advanced beauty therapies with holistic modalities such as bodywork, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and energy practices. While many clients experience profound benefits, results will vary depending on the individual. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, clients acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and choices during and after a session.

• They will disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or current medications prior to treatment.

• They understand that participation is voluntary and may bring up physical, emotional, or energetic release.

4. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

• To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required:
  • $250 for Fibroblast treatments
  • $50 for all other treatments

• For general treatments, a 20% deposit applies. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, even in cases of illness.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• If you do not attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”), the full treatment price will be charged.

5. Payment
Full payment (minus deposit) is due on or before the time of treatment. Accepted payment methods will be outlined at the time of booking.

6. Confidentiality
All personal and health information shared with Fae is treated with the strictest confidence and used only to ensure the safety and quality of treatments.

7. Liability Waiver
By participating in any treatment or ritual, clients agree to release Fae from liability for any injury, reaction, or dissatisfaction that may occur. Treatments are offered in good faith, and Fae acts only as a guide—supporting each individual’s self-healing process.

8. Respectful Space
Fae provides a safe, nurturing environment. Clients are expected to arrive on time, respect the space, and engage with openness. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

9. Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on request.
